Andi Sims is the Vice President of Marketing for HPM, a national program management company which leads clients in the planning, design and construction of capital building projects.
Andi plays a dual role in business development and marketing for HPM and serves on the executive leadership team for the company. She leads a staff who are responsible for the comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations efforts to enhance the company’s image and position among audiences and markets as well as to achieve clients’ objectives with stakeholders and the public for capital building programs and projects. She manages the messaging, campaigns and responses to external and internal audiences through printed materials and digital content, group presentations and public forums, media relations and community outreach programs and events.
Andi was elected to board for the Southern Automotive Women’s Forum (SAWF) in 2018, served as a panelist at its annual conference on automotive suppliers and remains responsible for the organization’s rebranding, marketing and communications campaigns programs. In addition, she continues to act in various capacities for the International Aviation Women’s Association (IAWA) where she was recently appointed by the board to lead its strategic task force.
Prior to joining HPM, Andi worked as a marketing and public relations consultant and contract employee in a variety of industries and for companies such as Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, Children’s Hospital of Alabama, and Regions Bank.
Andi and her husband live in Birmingham, Alabama and have four children – three in college and one in high school. She spends her spare time at her kids’ activities and events, traveling, shopping, in Pure Barre classes, or occasionally binging on a Netflix series.
