Ramona Montjoy currently serves as a Business Relationship Manager for Mercedes-Benz Vans in Charleston, SC. She joined MBV in July 2016 for the new Sprinter Van plant ramp-up. At MBV Ramona has been instrumental as a project manager for the ramp up in collaboration with the PMO team in Germany, in implementing engineering and cross-functional systems, refining and implementing the budget planning process, in defining the incident and change management process and in executing the aligned processes. Ramona is involved in the Community Outreach Committee and is passionate about being involved in outreach efforts in education and STEM.

Before joining MBV, Ramona was a German teacher, curriculum writer, department manager, trainer/mentor. As such she designed, developed, delivered training to more than 40 district world language teachers regarding constantly evolving assessments and initiatives, resulting in more efficient rollout of new curriculum and assessments. While teaching her middle and high school students, she employed diverse teaching methods, used various learning management systems, blended learning programs, including classroom training, coaching and mentoring, self-paced e-Learning, learning games, as well as a-synchronous and synchronous learning. Ramona received her B.A. from the College of Charleston in German and Education and an MEd in Educational Technology from Lesley University.
In her free time, Ramona supports her husband, a middle school STEM teacher, with his robotics teams, is passionate about supporting education, loves to cook and garden, and explores new places to visit and travel.
