Dr. Deborah Tobey

Dr. Deborah (“Deb”) Tobey, your SOAR certified facilitator, has been working in leadership development and human performance improvement for more than 20 years. Her corporate roles and consulting clients have included manufacturing, financial services, government, auto manufacturing, nonprofit organizations, and universities. Deb’s passion lies in helping organizations create and sustain effective leadership and human performance that helps them reach their goals. She has taught at several universities at the master’s level and is the author/co-author of several books for performance consultants. Her doctorate is in Organizational Learning & Performance (HRD) from Vanderbilt University, and she lives in Nashville, Tennessee.
