Tamara is an enthusiastic, resilient, and dedicated leader. She is the Principal Consultant for TAG Group LLC through which she specializes in delivering customized freelance and contract services to manufacturing companies and industry service providers. With a specific focus on tiered suppliers to major OEMs, she empowers businesses to achieve their maximum potential by serving as an expert problem-solver and personal mentor. Her expertise includes strategic planning, change management, quality systems, talent development, and manufacturing leadership.   

Prior to launching her new business in January 2024, Tamara spent 16+ years at a top vehicle manufacturing company where she gained invaluable experience through her many cross-functional leadership roles spanning manufacturing floor operations, business management, launch control, engineering, and executive-level strategic planning.  

Tamara is an advocate and champion for women to join and excel in the engineering and manufacturing fields. She founded the Driving Diversity Team for her prior corporate organization, mentors females in her field, and supports events that foster a love of STEM in young girls through a local non-profit. She was a panelist at the SXSW EDU 2023 Conference with Find Your Grind, a nontraditional learning platform to help students find their career path, for which she also shares her life experience as a mentor.
