Trisha Jung

Trisha Jung was appointed as Nissan’s senior director, EV Strategy and Transformation, in April, 2023. In this role, Trisha is responsible for helping to drive Nissan's EV transformation – a crucial part of Nissan'sAmbition 2030vision, which is focused on electrification and technology innovation. Her role includes managing in-market EVs, preparing for the successful launch of future EVs, identifying new business opportunities and continuing Nissan's long-time support of EV infrastructure initiatives.   

Prior, Trisha was director, CMM INFINITI, Model Line, Pricing & Incentives, INFINITI USA, responsible for areas including market and future model vehicle sales and marketing.  

Trisha brings more than 20 years of expertise in marketing, sales and program management.   

She joined Nissan Group in 2002, starting as a department manager for manufacturing operations in Smyrna, Tennessee, where she oversaw areas of responsibility for Six Sigma training, product quality assurance and Paint Plant line management. Her career has also included leadership roles in regional operations for Nissan’s Central and Southeast regions. She was director, CMM for Nissan sedans from 2007 to 2009, and director, CMM for LEAF and EV Marketing & Sales Strategy from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, Trisha was recognized by Automotive News as one of the 100 leading women in the North American auto industry and received Nissan’s Global President’s Award for her launch of the Nissan LEAF.  

Trisha holds two bachelor's degrees, one in science in economics and another in applied science in systems engineering from University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a Master of Business degree from Harvard Business School.
